I have been loving teaching virtual classes the last year around Washington, D.C. and virtually. I’d love to lead a workshop for your family reunion, bridal shower, corporate retreat, or just fun night with friends. Below are samples from past classes.
private Teaching packages
For each package below, I would charge a $120 teaching fee for classes up to 1.5 hours (with half hour virtual consult prior to the class) and then the materials packages below would be priced based on the number of participants.
DIY Package - For a $20 flat fee regardless of the number of participants, I will create a materials shopping list for you and you will supply your own materials for the workshop. This works best for informal gatherings where everyone will be in person and for simpler designs that do not require anything to be pre-printed by me (for example, the state map would not work well as I pre-print the state outline for each person).
Shared Materials Package (*in person only) - For a fee of $20 per participant, I will bring all materials for the workshop, including scrap paper, appropriately sized and pre-printed if applicable paper, paint brushes, watercolor or ink sets, water cups, tissue for brush cleaning, 4x6 prints for each participant of the reference artwork, and recycled plastic sleeves for everyone to protect each participant’s finished artwork. The participants will be able to take home their artwork and the 4x6 reference print.
Complete Paint/Lettering Kit Package - For a fee of $35 per participant, I will assemble complete paint kits for each participant to keep. Each set will include a 10-color watercolor palette set with lid, round paintbrush, scrap paper, appropriately sized and pre-printed if applicable paper, 4x6 print of the reference artwork, and each will be assembled in a recycled plastic sleeve.
